Our History

From the beginnings in a small shop in Collingwood, Melbourne more than 40 years ago, CWB has established itself in modern, premises is Springvale, Melbourne with excellent layout and the best processing and packaging equipment available in Australia. All part of CWB’s undertaking to bring you the best.

 

1987

Australian Meat & Livestock introduced us to the exhibitions at the Melbourne Show. We were the first ones to introduce Trim Lamb Burgers, also called the Lamborghini Burgers.

1978

We outgrew our premises in Collingwood, and moved to Brighton as our customer base grew. We even implemented a night shift because we got so busy to make space in our warehouse.

1996

CWB has undergone rigorous accreditation under International Standards ISO 9002 and is Quality Accredited and registered by Primesafe. CWB was the first processing plant to receive this accreditation in Australia. CWB has spared no expense when it comes to quality, hygiene, presentation and services. Clients can be sure for all four with CWB.

CWB prides itself on its 5 days a week, 52 weeks of the year service to its valued clientele thought metropolitan and country Victoria. CWB is able to stand by its promise with the backing of its large fleet of refrigerated delivery vehicles all licensed by the Victoria Meat Authority – Primesafe. You can trust CWB the House of Quality Meat to be your complete meat supplier.

You can place orders by contacting our office by telephone on 9574 6555 or email orders@cwb.com.au.

Texting messages to your sales representatives are not accepted.

An after hours answering service will operate for orders as well. Please make sure that you clearly leave your name and contact number, the specific cuts, size and quantity required. Place orders at least 24 hours before you require the product to satisfy HACCP temperature requirements.

Delivery:

CWB requires a minimum of $150 per delivery Monday-Friday

Regional delivery:

Tuesday & Thursday: Bendigo, Ballarat and Gippsland

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: Geelong area

CWB guarantee’s next day delivery however orders must be in before 11pm for next day.
