1. Ordering online and the contract
When you make a order from CWB Australia Pty Ltd you can rest assured that your account details are entirely safe. We employ a highly reputable 3rd party hosting agent and payment provider to ensure the security of personal data. Protecting our website customer’s data is of the utmost importance to CWB Australia Pty Ltd.

We will send you an email to confirm your order, orders can not be cancelled unless 24 hours notice is given. Once order has been received this becomes a legally binding contract of sale.

**Only individuals aged 18 and over are entitled to enter legally binding contracts, if you do not qualify to enter a legally binding contract do not use this site.**

2. Delivery Information
At CWB Australia Pty Ltd we make every effort to ensure your order gets to you quickly and safely. Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided:

The item you have chosen is in stock
The delivery address has been verified
Payment has been approved
CWB Australia Pty Ltd delivers in their approved Meat Transportation Vehicle.

A delivery fee will be charged to orders under the amount of $100 during the week or $200 for a weekend delivery:

  • Min delivery Monday to Friday: $200.00 otherwise a delivery Fee of $30.00
  • No claims recognised unless notified within 24 hours of delivery
  • No claims recognised for pick-up orders.

Appropriate delivery instructions will need to be specified when placing the meat order. If the customer has not placed appropriate delivery instructions for CWB to leave meat, the meat will return to CWB premises and will be sent out on next working day when the customer can accept the meat.

CWB has dedicated delivery days of the week and your order will be delivered on the day that you choose or the next available business day.

Regional Area Delivery Days

Monday, Wednesday and Friday = Geelong and Torquay

Tuesday and Thursday = Bendigo, Ballarat, Melton, Sunbury and Gippsland.

3. Packaging

Before we dispatch your order we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition.

4. Returns Policy

The customer agrees not to return goods supplied by CWB without the prior express approval by CWB.

Disclaimer:
Please note that all Meat, Poultry and Raw Materials come in all different sizes, textures and weights. It is impossible for every item to look the same however with CWB experienced butchers and staff we will always try to make all items arrive as consistent as possible.

5. Prices
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
All purchases delivered in Australia will incur the standard GST tax rates where applicable.
NB: Most meat is GST Free
All transactions via EFTPOS attract a surcharge of 2.5%

6. Security
We want you to be able to order with us (CWB) with total confidence. As such we have created a secure transaction environment. CWB employs a highly reputable 3rd party hosting agent.

7. Privacy statement
Personal information that you provide us with when registering on cwb.com.au is used purely for us to process your order and for any correspondence we have with you. This information cannot be accessed by any third parties outside of our hosting agent and is exclusively for the use of CWB customer services. Your data is not passed on to any third party marketing companies, nor is it processed further.

8. Feedback

9. Entire agreement
These terms and conditions listed above form the entire agreement between us CWB Australia Pty Ltd and you the customer. We shall not be in breach of these terms and conditions if any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control; such as industrial action, the breakdown of systems or network disruption, flood, accident, fire or explosion.

10. Intellectual Property
This website and all intellectual property rights, including graphics, logos, trademarks, design, text, icons, the arrangement of them, sound recordings and all software relating to this website, are owned by us, or in some cases, a related body corporate or third party. These intellectual property rights are protected by Australian and international laws.

You may view our website and its contents for personal and non-commercial use only and subject to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and similar legislation.
